FORMER CONSUL GENERAL TO GUAM AMBASSADOR FRANCISCO R. SANTOS PASSED AWAY
The Consulate General of the Philippines wishes to announce that Ambassador Francisco R. Santos, former Consul General of the Philippines in Guam from 1990 to 1991, passed away on 29 March 2008.
Amb. Santos died peacefully in his sleep. His wake will be held at Funeraria Paz-Sucat from 30 to 01 April 2008. Interment will be on Wednesday morning, on 02 April at Loyola Memorial Park.
Aside from his posting in Guam, Amb. Santos served as ambassador to Vietnam and New Zealand and consul general in Toronto, Canada.
